1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips or 1 cup chocolate chips
(I use the peanut butter chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Stir together, peanut butter, and next four ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
Stir in the chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheet on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack and let cool for 15 minutes.
