6-8 c. popped popcorn
2 sticks of butter
1c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Light Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar and karo in a saucepan over medium heat. Let boil for 2 min. (Time it carefully) remove from heat and stir in the baking soda. It will fluff as you stir. Pour mixture into the bowl of popped corn and mix. Pour ingredients onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread out. Let cool a bit and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Use a large glass or heat resistant plastic mixing bowl. A metal bowl will cool the sugar mixture too quickly and will stick to the bowl instead of the popped corn.
