¼ tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
¾ cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350º
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Stir in flour and salt
Roll out on lightly floured surface to ¼ inch thickness
Cut with 2 inch round cookie cutter
Bake at 350º 15 - 18 minutes

*If you have cookie cutters in other shapes you can use those to make it more fun.

*You can also melt some chocolate chips over a double boiler to dip the edges of the cookies in to add a little extra chocolaty goodness
