5 cups green or red tomatoes (I use not ripe but firm)
5 cups sugar
2½ TBSP lemon juice
2 (3 oz. each) boxes of jello-strawberry, raspberry or apricot

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes in a blender, put in kettle, bring to a boil. Add sugar, boil for 20 minutes. Add jello and lemon juice. Put into jars and seal or cool and put on wax on top.
For red tomatoes, boil 30 minutes and after jello and lemon juice, 5 minutes more.
