1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage (mild or hot)
1 egg beaten
1 T. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. parsley
1 cup dry breadcrumbs, unseasoned

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Form into balls and bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes, turning halfway through time.
