Cream:
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup 10XX Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla

Add:
4 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Chill dough. Roll into small balls, flatten with sugared glass.
(small scoop roll, don't flatten)
20 her sheet
Bake at 350° until slightly brown. 10 minutes

(Airbake sheet 15-16 minutes)
