¾ Cup Chunky PB
½ Cup Crisco
1¼ Cups Light Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1¾ Cups Flour
¾ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine PB, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed. Add egg. Beat.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Use large cookie scoop. Put 9 per parchment sheet on
Airbake pans.
Bake at 375° about 14 minutes. Cool on sheet 2 mins.
