3 Eggs
2 C. Brown Sugar, packed
1 Lb. Seedless Raisins
3/4 C. Butter
Spice to taste with: Cinnamon, Cloves and Nutmeg (approximately 1 tsp. each)
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
4 C. Flour
Dash of Salt
1 C. Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins (covered with water) for 10 minutes
.
Drain, return to pan.

Add butter and sugar to raisins, mix well, let cool.

Add remaining ingredients, blend.

Make fair sized cookies (maybe tablespoon). Use parchment paper on cookie sheet

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes until top lightly browned. Cool on rack
