4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
2 squares Baker's chocolate
1 cup cream
1 TBSP vanilla
2 TBSP butter
walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and cook over low heat until it forms a soft ball. Pull from the heat. Add vanilla and butter. Do not stir. Cool.
When cool beat by hand with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add nuts if desired.
Pour into 9x9 pan and let set.
