3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 Tbsps cornstarch
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups scalded milk
1 tsp vanilla
Bananas to cover pie
1 small Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks

Add sugar, salt, cornstarch and butter

Once mixed together scald the milk

Add milk to ingredients and bring to a boil until mixture thickens

Add vanilla and let cool

Pour into pre-baked pie shell and slice bananas on top

Add cool whip and chill until served
