4 cups spring water
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cashews

4 TBS Inulin powders
1 jar old yogurt

Directions:

Blend together (2 cycles)
4 cups spring water
1 cup oatmeal

Strain through nut bag
Add back to blender
1 cup cashews
Blend together (2 cycles)

To pan
2 cups spring water
Oatmeal mixture
Stir constantly
Heat to 170° (bubbly)

Pour in glass bowl
Put plastic on top to avoid a "skin" formation.

Cool

In large Pyrex glass measuring
2/3 c spring water
4 TBS Inulin powders - whisk
1 jar old yogurt
Mix with plastic spoon.

Combine with oak milk slurry (make sure is cool to 75°
Add to mini yogurt jars (10) to inch headspace. Wipe jar with paper towel
