1 C. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg Yolk, unbeaten
2 C. Sifted Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 12 oz. Pkg. Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the chocolate chips.

Spread on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º till edge is brown - approximately 10-12 minutes.

Take out of oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, put back into oven for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread melted chocolate evenly over cookie.
