1 lb ground pork
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon pepper
1 cup onion
1 table spoon parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup butter

mix all ingredients and form bite size balls. Can be cooked @ 350 Degrees or lower until fully cooked through. May take approx 1 hr to finish depending on desired oven temperature.
