1 jar anchovies
3 cloves garlic fine diced
4 tablespoon diced parsley no stems
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon juice from jar of hot yellow chiles
Directions:
Directions:
Drain anchovies and set aside
Mix diced garlic and parsley and spread evenly on 4” relish plate
Roll anchovies into about a 1/2” circle and split in half making 2 coins
Arrange evenly on the bed of garlic and parsley
Dot each coin with ketchup
Spoon the chili juice over top and rest at room temp at least 1/2 hour before serving
