1 16 oz can pitted dark sweet cherries, undrained
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 6oz pkg cherry-flavored Jell-O
1 c cold water
1/2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all fruit, combining and reserving enough juice to measure 1.5 cups. Se fruit aside. Bring reserved juice to a boil. Dissolve jello in boiling juice. Add cold water, chill until consistency is of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in fruit and pecans. Pour mixture into lightly oiled 6 cup mold; cover and chill until firm.
The recipe says it makes 10-12 servings.
Aaron says it makes 2 servings!

This was a family favorite served at most Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to the Strutton family. Aaron especially loved it.
