Flour (2 1/4 cups)
Eggs ((2 large)
Butter (1 cup softened)
Sugar (3/4 cup)
Vanilla (1 1/2 tsp.)
Almond Extract (1 tsp.)
Milk (1 to 2 tbsp. as needed)
Chocolate Dark Morsels (1 bag)
Sprinkles ( 2 cups ice cream type)
Raspberry Preserves (1 jar seedless)
Parchment or Wax Paper

Directions:

Mix all together flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, almond extract, and butter add milk if to hard to pipe in a pastry bag.
On a cookie sheet grease or line with parchment paper and make 2” lines bake at 350º for 9 to 12 minutes.
When all are cooled spread the raspberry jam on one side and add another to make a sandwich.
Melt chocolate and dip either one side of cookie or both then dip in sprinkles let dry on parchment or wax paper.
