12 new potatoes

1 1-2 to 2 lbs, peas (2 cups shelled)

1 1-2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons flour

1-2 teaspoon salt

1 cup liquid drained from peas

1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in jackets.

Boil peas until tender.

Melt butter, add flour and salt, and stir to blend well.

Add liquid drained from peas, Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add the milk, the peeled potatoes and peas, and cook until thoroughly heated.
