2 C flour....sifted, then measured
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1.5 c sugar
2 t vanilla
pinch salt
1/2 t baking powder
3 c pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the butter, sugar and eggs and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients.
Add Pecans last. The dough will be thick.

Divide the dough into 3 9X5 tins sprayed with Pam.
Flatten the tops so they are smooth.
Bake 350F for 35 minutes.
Cool upside down.
Wrap in foil and freeze.

When ready to use, remove one from the freezer, slice frozen dough thinly and
place on a cookie sheet.
Bake 400F 5 minutes, turn and bake and additional 5 minutes til toasted.
