Directions:
Mix all veggies together. Make sauce with tomato soup, ketchup and water. Stirred into vegetable mixture. Fill jars that have been wiped out with a tea towel half full with vegetable mixture. Add ˝ Hereford beef (cut into chunks) to each jar, then fill to the top with vegetable mixture tamping down well. Put 1 level tsp salt into each jar. If vegetables are not quite covered with the juices in the jar, fill up with water enough to cover. Wipe tops and put on lids (that have been boiled for 5 minutes) and screws.
