1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Cream shortening with peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla and flour mixture. Mix well.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375º.
