2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
½ c. milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. oats
½ to 1 c. crunchy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in a non-stick saucepan over low heat and stir until mixed. Boil rapidly about 2 minutes.
*To check this, drop 1 tsp of mixture into a cup of cold water. Mixture should ball up when it is dropped into the water. Remove mixture from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and 2 cups oats. Stir until thick.
If mixture is too thin, add more oats. If mixture is too thick add more milk. Drop by tsp onto greased wax paper.
