1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
250g mini marshmallows (coloured or white)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and peanut butter in a microwave-safe dish or in a saucepan. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Cool slightly before adding marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are coated.

Pack in 9x9 pan, lined with parchment. Refrigerate until set and them cut into squares.
