1 box Club Crackers
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup salted butter
1/4 cup milk
2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil. Spray the bottom and sides of the tin foil with cooking spray.
Place crackers in the bottom of the pan to cover the tin foil. You may have to break crackers to cover the bottom.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine condensed milk, brown sugar, butter and milk. Stir and let the butter melt. Once butter is melted, turn heat to medium-high and let it cook for 5 minutes, while stirring constantly. It will boil which is what you want.
Pour 1/3 of caramel mixture over the layer of crackers and spread out evenly. Repeat this 2 more times, ending with the caramel layer on top.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour over the caramel layer and evenly spread out. Sprinkle toffee pieces or sprinkles, if wanted.
Refrigerate for 2 hours., Lift the bars out of the pan by the foil and cut into small squares. Squares will soften as they sit out. Refrigerate leftovers covered and in the fridge.

You will not use all three sleeves, so don't worry.
You can use half & half instead of milk, if you want.
