1 lb ground beef
1 tsp minced onion
2 tsp Pampered Chef southwest seasoning
1 head lettuce, torn in small pieces
1 bag Doritoes, nacho cheese- slightly broken
8 oz shredded cheese- cheddar or taco
1 tomato-diced
1 bottle (16-24 oz ) Kraft Catalina French Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and southwest seasoning together. Drain. Can be frozen, warm in microwave when serving. Combine all ingredients in very large bowl. Serve immediately.
