1 c. lukewarm water
1½ tsp. yeast
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. (1 stick) softened butter
3½ to 3¾ c. bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bread machine. Mix on the dough cycle. Take dough out of the machine. Shape into round balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min. (Keep a close eye on them in the oven! They can burn easily!) Yields 3 to 4 doz.
