2 C. Sugar
4 T. Cocoa
1 Stick Butter
½ C. Milk
1 C. Peanut Butter
1 T. Vanilla
3 C. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (not steel cut)
Directions:
Directions:
Have ready parchment paper or wax paper sheets. Measure out the peanut butter and oatmeal and have ready. In heavy saucepan, bring to boil sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Let boil for one minute. Pull off heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and oats. Mix well and drop onto paper sheets by spoonful or scoops. Cool till hardened. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
