For Gravy that would make me proud ladle the juice from your baking, roasting pan or slow cooker 2 cups. Place in a small saucepan.
For every cup of juice add ¼ cup of cold water and 2 Tablespoons of flour into a small empty jar with a lid. Shake the flour and water until it's smooth.
Add the flour and water mixture to the boiling juices, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
