3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. milk
vanilla
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and butter together until it looks/feels like a pie dough.
Next mix sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla and salt in a separate bowl. Combine the bowls and mix.
Roll out and cut your shapes. Bake cookies at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes, watching the oven continuously.
