Fresh mozzarella
cream
salt
3 or 4 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
pappardelle noodles
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Tear the fresh mozzarella ball and dice finely. Add some cream and salt to taste until not quite covered. Let it sit.
Cook noodles. Dice tomatoes and set aside. Dice garlic.

Melt a few tbsp butter in a pan. Sauté garlic, then add tomatoes. Cook until slightly jammy. Add more butter if needed. Add desired amount of cream. Toss in noodles, and toss until combined. Put on plate. Chiffonade basil, and add on top. Add dollops of mozzarella mixture.
