1 medium onion, sliced
3 inch piece of fresh ginger root, scraped and thinly sliced
Zest and juice of a small lemon (about 1˝-2 Tbsps of the juice)
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until liquified. Great for dipping grilled steak, chicken or shrimp. Store in glass container in refrigerator for one week.
