1 can English peas, partially drained or 1 10 oz. package of frozen peas cooked and drained.
1 cup diced celery
1 stick of butter
small jar of diced pimento
cracker crumbs
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and sauté onion and celery. Cook on low until glazed. Place in casserole.

2. Mix pimento and peas in a separate bowl.

3. Slice chestnuts.

4. Pour half of the pea and pimento mixture into casserole and top with layer of chestnuts and water.

5. Add cream of mushroom soup.

6. Add the remainder of pea and pimento mixture and then chestnuts. Top with cracker crumbs.

7. Brown until bubbles in 350º oven.
