2 Tbsp oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 (14 oz) bottle ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp chili powder, or more to taste
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is soft. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. If you like a spicier sauce add more chili powder, 1 teaspoon at a time to taste. Makes 2 cups.
