Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
2 eggs, whisked
⅓ cup oil
1 stick butter
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2½ cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Add chocolate cake mix, two whisked eggs, and oil to a bowl and stir well. This will be thick, so it might take a little bit to get it all incorporated. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 8 minutes. While cookies are baking, add butter, milk, and cocoa powder to a pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Let cookies cool for 5-10 minutes then spread chocolate icing on top. Overall, these cookies stay soft, but as they cool they will begin to setup. Enjoy.
