14 c. corn kernels cut off the cob (about 2 dozen ears)
1 pint half-and-half
1 c. butter (must be butter, not margarine), 2 sticks
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the corn, half-and-half, butter and sugar in a large roaster. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every now and then. Spoon into containers of the size that's best for your family; cool. Cover, seal and label; freeze. Use within 6 months. Cook just until hot through. Delicious!
