Left over cold biscuits. (See Grandma Keown's biscuit recipe)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Milk (enough to cover biscuits and make a moist)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 teas. vanilla.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix: 2 beaten eggs, sugar, milk (enough milk to cover biscuits and then some so the mixture will be pretty moist, biscuits will soak up moisture while baking), nutmeg and vanilla.
Pour over broken biscuits in casserole dish.
Bake uncovered until brown.
