10 cups seeded cucumbers, peel for lighter color or leave unpeeled
1 ½ cups red peppers
1 ½ cups green peppers
3 cups carrots
3 cups onions

Cover with water if necessary and add ½ cup canning salt.
Let stand a minimum of 3 hours or overnight
 

Prepare added liquid

3 cups white vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed

Directions:

Combine liquid ingredients and heat to boiling.
Drain the ground ingredients
Pour liquid over ground ingredients
Simmer for 20 minutes and put in hot sealed sterilized jars.
