1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins, if desired
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, butter, eggs, and sugar together.
Mix in baking soda, salt and flour.
Mix in rolled oats and raisins, if desired.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
