1-2 T. Chili Powder
1 t. Paprika
1 t. Garlic Granulated Powder
1 t. Ground Cumin
1 t. Dried Oregano
1 t. Beef Bouillon Granules
1 t. Seasoned Salt, I use Lowry's
1/2 t. Onion Granulated Powder
1/4 t. Granulated Sugar
1 T. Onion Flakes
1 T. Cornstarch
1 to 2 T. Corn Masa (not Corn Meal)
Pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper

Mix together and keep in a jar. This can be doubled or tripled or more as desired.
Use about a 1/4 cup to a pound of ground meat and add about 3/4 to 1 cup of water to make a little bit of gravy..

I made up this recipe because the taco seasonings these days are missing a few things with taste and thickener. I remember a corn like taste when Mom made tacos for us growing up in the 1970s; and that is why I add the corn masa, plus along with the cornstarch it is a thickener which makes a gravy, not a lot just a little bit saucy. Of course you can adjust the seasonings to your own taste.
