2 C softened butter
2 C brown sugar
2 C white sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
5 C quick oats blended (put in food processor)
3 C chopped walnuts
1 8 oz. Hershey bar grated
4 C flour
2 pkgs. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Cream sugars, butter and eggs then add in dry ingredients. When combined stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Chill one hour. Then scoop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake on 375º for 10 minutes.
