1 cup (4oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick (½ cup) butter, softened
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp paprika
30 small pimento-stuffed olives, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixer bowl, combine cheese, flour, and paprika. Mix for one minute, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally, until I soft dough forms. Heat oven to 400º.
Drain olives thoroughly on paper towels. Roll a tablespoon of dough around each olive. (if dough becomes too soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes, then continue rolling.)
Arrange dough balls to inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm.
