THE WORK: 12 HRS FOR 1000, ROLL DOUGH TO 1/6" THICKNESS, WITH PIZZA WHEEL CUT INTO 1/2" SQUARES. PINCH 1/4 TSP FILLING ON EACH SQ OF DOUGH. SIMMER ½ HOUR ADD FROZEN RAVIOLI TO BROTH. THEY WILL FLOAT WHEN DONE. SERVE WITH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
NOTES: For a quick fix I use frozen won-tons or pot stickers in broth of 1 ea chicken, beef, vegetable broths with one small can of tomato sauce. Good but I miss the boiled meat
