ham, cubed
potatoes, cubed
boiled eggs, chopped
velvetta, cubed
white american cheese, cubed

1 stick of butter
2 tbsp of flour
1½ c. milk

Season All

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Combine cubed ham, potatoes, boiled eggs, velveeta and white american cheese in a 13x9 Pyrex dish.
2. In saucepan heat one stick of butter.... once melted add 2 tbsp of flour... stir with rubber spatula and start gradually adding milk. Continue to heat, thicken and add flour/milk as necessary.
2. Pour white sauce over top.
