Ingredients: Coffee-Strong Brew, I prefer Decaf Brown Sugar, Light or Dark or Light or Dark Muscavado Sugar Irish Whiskey, I think Jameson is the best Cream, ice cold Sugar Vanilla Irish Coffee Mugs

Directions:Put beaters in a glass or metal mixing bowl in the freezer until you are ready to make the cream.
Line up as many Irish Coffee Mugs as needed.
Add about one or two tablespoons using a cereal teaspoon of the brown or muscovado sugar then stir in a few tablespoons of Irish Whiskey or to cover the sugar, so the sugar dissolves (this can be done ahead of time) in each coffee mug. Pour in coffee but leave room at the top for the cream. It needs to look like a Guiness.
Whip cream on low speed at first then slowly add a little bit of sugar not too much, just enough to add a hint of sweetness then as the air bubbles start to grow increase the speed until it is softly whipped but pourable, not stiff; then add a splash of vanilla.
Take a spoon and turn it over so the curved part is facing up and slowing pour over the whipped cream, so it floats on the top. Serve immediately. DO NOT STIR! Drink the hot coffee through the cold cream. |

Notes: I have a note that I was thinking about making this different for Christmas by adding orange peel to the coffee along with cloves and cinnamon and then dust the top with fresh grated nutmeg or a homemade mixed Christmas spice.
