Ingredients:
For each egg add, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp salt. Enough flour to make a very stiff dough, it’s quite dry. (maybe a cup but start less)

You will roll thin on floured cupboard. Slice in half and roll up and cut about ¼ inch slices. I drop them into boiling broth. Cook them for 20 minutes.

To make the big kettle I usually make when you kids are here. I make 6-8 eggs.

Directions:
To make a broth, I do different things, sometimes I use the leftover turkey and boil it. Then I take off meat. You can also boil a whole chicken, till well done. Cool. Take off the meat, use a lot of water to make a broth, add onion, celery and salt.

I always use quite a bit of chicken bouillon, I also will add a can of cream of chicken soup to make it richer. When noodles are done add the meat back in.

I like to put over mashed potatoes!
