2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons meringue powder
3 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon vanilla

Extra water as needed. Food coloring.

Directions:
Whisk all the ingredients large bowl until smooth. Add a few drops of food coloring to achieve desired result. Add additional 1-2 tablespoons of water, a few drops at a time to get consistency that's fluid by not too runny.

Spoon icing into piping bag fitted with small round tip or sheet of parchment paper rolled into a cone shape. Also a zip lock bag with small corner clipped works as well.

Pipe outline around coolie to create a dam. With tight zigzag strokes to fill in the center. Nudging icing with toothpick as needed. Dry overnight.

Personal Notes:
This is my second favorite recipe. The reason for this is because meringue powder can "go bad" and it doesn't dry quickly.
