4 tbsp. bacon grease
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1/4 cup green peppers
1 cup boiled rice
1 1/2 cup tomatos
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grease in frying pan. Add & brown the onions. Add the remainder of the seasoning & rice.

Cook 5 minutes & pour in the tomato's, salt & paprika.

Simmer 10 minutes or until thick. Beat in eggs & serve.
