2 lb frozen chopped spinach defrost and squeezed and drained
1 bunch green onion chopped
1 bunch parsley chopped
1 cup burgul wheat # 1 washed soaked for 15 min then drained
1 medium onion finely grated
1 can 15 oz. chickpeas drained
2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp dried coriander
2 tbsp dried red pepper hot or sweet
2 tsp salt or to taste
veg oil for frying

Add all the ingredients in big bowl, mix it very well with your hand. Then sprinkle the flour and knead it together to have a slightly soft dough. You can add water if too dry or flour if too soft. Cover and put it a side to rest for hour. Use an open pan to fry the dough. Fill the pan with about 2-3 inches of vegetable oil. Bring a small bowl of water to dip your hand, then take a piece of the dough and make a flat circle, drop it in the hot oil for 1 minute on each side. This does not take a long time to fry.
