Grandma's Rhubarb Slush Recipe

Directions:
Cut up rhubarb and pour boiling water over to cover. Let stand over night. Drain.

9 cups rhubarb juice
6 cups pineapple juice (6 cups in a 48fl oz can)
¾ cup lemon juice
3 cup sugar

Red food colouring if preferred
Stir constantly.
Bring to boil. Cool and put in plastic container. Place in freezer.

To serve: Thaw so its still frozen slush condition when you want to serve it. Add 1 pint slush with 1 pint gingerale.
