2 EGGS
1 ½ CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP SOUR MILK (1 cup milk + 1 Tblsp.
White vinegar)
3 ½ CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
½ TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON VANILLA

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL, - DROP FROM TABLESPOON ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 375 10-15 MINUTES. FROST ON FLAT SIDE.

WHITE FROSTING: CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR, DAB BUTTER, TSP. OF VANILLA AND MILK TO CONSISTENCY

CHOCOLATE FROSTING: SAME AS ABOVE EXCEPT YOU ADD DRY HERSHEY S BAKING COCOA TO CONSISTENCY
