1½ cup flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa
½ salt
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts/ chopped (optional)
1 pkg small marshmallows

ICING:
2½ cups powdered sugar
6-8 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
⅓ cup cocoa
¼ cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350º.
Spray a 9 x 12 pan with Pam or Pam with flour spray.

Beat sugar granulated sugar and softened butter and beat well.
Add eggs and beat-then add vanilla.
Slowly add flour , cocoa and salt. Mix well.
Fold in nuts if desired.
Spread in pan. Bake for 23 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until melted. Allow to cool.

ICING:
Combine all ingredients, adjusting spreading consistency by adding more powdered sugar or half and half.
Frost brownies and cut into squares.
